How to book the house directly: price, deposit, the agreement and what happens before you arrive. Booking direct costs less than on Airbnb because there are no platform fees.
Calendar prices are per night, in euros, for booking direct. Your written quote shows the full total for your stay before you pay anything, and that total is what you pay.
To reserve your dates you pay 30% of the total within 3 days of signing the agreement. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due when you sign.
Stays shorter than one month: a security deposit of €300, paid with the balance and returned within 7 days after check-out, less the cost of any damage we document with you.
Stays of one month or longer: the deposit set by Spanish tenancy law for seasonal rentals, stated in your contract and returned at the end of the stay under the same law.
If you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, we refund everything you paid. If you cancel later, the booking deposit is kept and anything you paid beyond it is refunded.
Every direct booking has a written agreement with the dates, the price, the deposit, the house rules and the cancellation terms. Stays shorter than one month use a holiday rental agreement. Stays of one month or longer, including a school year, use a seasonal rental contract under Spanish law. You sign online and both of us receive the signed copy.
By bank transfer to the account stated in the agreement. We never ask for card details by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Spanish law requires us to register every adult guest's identity details with the authorities before the stay. We ask for them after you sign and keep them only for as long as the law requires. See our privacy policy.
